Adult movie superstar Jenna Jameson has had plastic surgery on her vagina.The 32-year-old porn actress decided to have some work done on her most famous asset but is reportedly not happy with the results. Her displeasure means she has been forced to cancel a number of meetings with film bosses who want to adapt her autobiography 'How to Make Love Like a Porn Star', so she can have re-corrective surgery. Jenna's numerous cancellations have reportedly upset Hollywood producers so much they are considering scrapping the project. A source told the New York Daily News newspaper: "She underwent a vaginoplasty conducted by a Beverly Hills plastic surgeon, and she is very unhappy."She has decided to hole up and not speak to anybody. The producers are about to pull the plug on the movie."Jenna's agent Mike Esterman said he "had no idea" about the vaginoplasty.The blonde bombshell has appeared in more that 100 X-rated movies, including 'I Love Lesbians 10', 'Dirt Merchant' and 'The Masseuse'.

Courtney Love has had plastic surgery to make her look more natural.The former Hole singer has undergone a second rhinoplasty procedure to enlarge her nose and has also had her previously enlarged lips reduced.Courtney wrote on her website blog: "I have my old nose back."I hated that nose job, it was like a little beak."I've had my nose fixed. It looks like the one God gave me so I'm happy not to have crazy lips and a crazy teensy unnatural little nose."All I care about is that my self esteem is limitless and intact, and that nothing and no situation affects my self esteem."Love also confirmed she has lost almost 45lbs. She said: "I've lost 44 pounds with six more, maybe 11 more to go."Her representative revealed she has been following a macrobiotic diet of vegetables and fish. Courtney has also been practising yoga and exercising to meet her weight-loss goals.Courtney, the widow of rocker Kurt Cobain, also said that while she is happy with her new lifestyle, she still regrets her drug taking past. RAY LIOTTA DENIES PLASTIC SURGERY

Actor Ray Liotta has slammed reports he has undergone cosmetic surgery after fans and the media became alarmed at his appearance at a recent premiere. The star, 52, joined his "Wild Hogs" co-stars John Travolta and Tim Allen at the film's premiere in Hollywood on Tuesday. After photos of Liotta on the red carpet appeared in the press, surgery expert began to speculate he had had plastic surgery. Plastic surgeon Dr. Anthony Griffin tells the New York Daily News , "He's probably had some Restylane or something injected into his laugh lines. He's developed a bit of a jowl. His skin looks awful. I'm sure he's been getting some kind of treatment because he's had a history of acne." However, Liotta's spokesperson says, "Ray Liotta has had no cosmetic procedures."
